This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Skrillpe, operated by
SKILLSKRILL INFO SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, having its Corporate Office at Salt Lake Electronics Complex, Stesalit Tower, GP Block, Sector V, Bidhannagar, Kolkata, West Bengal – 700091, India.

1. General Policy

Skrillpe is a digital service platform facilitating online transactions and related services. Once a transaction has been successfully completed, it is considered final. Refunds are provided only in limited circumstances as outlined below.

2. Eligible Refund Conditions

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate transaction due to technical error
  • Transaction completed but service not delivered
  • System failure or processing error at Skrillpe’s end
  • Unauthorized transaction verified after investigation

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • User error such as incorrect payment details
  • Change of mind after successful transaction
  • Delays caused by banks or third-party providers
  • Transactions linked to policy violations or misuse
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity

4. Refund Request Process

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the transaction by emailing support@skrillpe.co.in with:

  • Registered mobile number
  • Transaction ID
  • Date of transaction
  • Reason for refund

Requests received after 48 hours may not be considered.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Actual credit timelines depend on banking partners and original payment method.

6. Chargebacks

Users are encouraged to contact Skrillpe before raising chargebacks with banks. Unreported chargebacks may lead to account restrictions.

7. Fraud Prevention

Skrillpe reserves the right to deny refunds if transactions are suspected to involve fraud,abuse, or violation of platform policies. Such accounts may be suspended or terminated.

8. Modification of Policy

Skrillpe may modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Platform.
