Welcome to Skrillpe, operated by SKILLSKRILL INFO SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “our”, or “Company”).
By accessing or using the Skrillpe website, mobile applications, or related services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

1. DEFINITIONS

  • “User” means any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform.
  • “Services” refers to the digital payment facilitation and related services offered by Skrillpe.
  • “Content” means information, text, images, or other materials uploaded, downloaded or appearing on the Platform.
  • “Third Parties” means entities outside the control of the Company, including banks, payment gateways, and analytics providers.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

Users must register and create an account to access certain Services. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes.

4. KYC AND DOCUMENTATION

You may be required to undergo Know Your Customer (“KYC”) verification. Skrillpe may request identity documents, address proof, and other data to comply with applicable laws and regulations. Applications with incomplete or unverifiable KYC may be declined.

5. USE OF SERVICES

The Services provided by Skrillpe are for lawful use only. Users agree not to use the Platform for:

  • Fraudulent or illegal purposes;
  • Money laundering or financing unlawful activities;
  • Technical exploitation or interference with the Platform;
  • Violation of any applicable laws, rules, or regulations.

6. FEES AND CHARGES

Skrillpe may charge fees for certain Services. Fees will be communicated to you before they are applied. You agree to pay any applicable charges, including service fees, taxes, and other charges imposed by third parties.

7. TRANSACTION POLICIES

All transactions are subject to verification and approval. Skrillpe is not liable for transaction delays or failures caused by banks, payment gateways, or technical issues outside its control.

8. REFUND & CANCELLATION

Once a transaction has been completed, refunds may be issued only in select situations, such as technical errors. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, subject to verification. Skrillpe reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of misuse or fraud.

9. CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content and materials on the Platform, including logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and software, are the property of Skrillpe or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reproduce content without written permission.

10. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Platform may contain links to third-party sites and services that are not owned or controlled by Skrillpe. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party websites. Use of third-party sites is at your own risk.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skrillpe and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, income, or profits.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Skrillpe, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of third parties.

13. PRIVACY POLICY

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

14. TERMINATION

Skrillpe reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including if you violate these Terms or if required by legal authorities.

15. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

16. CHANGES TO TERMS

Skrillpe reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the Platform with the revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
